Separation Agreements
In Scotland a legal separation will normally involve the drafting of a separation agreement. Such separation agreements will detail care arrangements for children and will seek to resolve financial issues. If you can conclude a separation agreement (often misspelt seperation) shortly after you separate and then proceeed to divorce then the divorce can proceed on an uncontested basis.
