A couple from Israel have divorced after the wife refused to get rid of her 550 cats, reports the Times of Israel.
Her husband complained in his divorce application that the cats slept in his bed, got in his way around the house and stole his food.
The couple tried a reconciliation, as requested by the Rabbinical Court, but ultimately the woman decided she would rather give up her husband than her cats, and the couple were divorced.
