Divorced couples regret not having a prenuptial agreement

As wedding season kicks into high gear, a new survey from America has revealed the importance of pre-marriage financial discussions and prenuptial agreements.

Nearly half of currently divorced or separated U.S. adults said they wish they had spent more time discussing finances before getting married. The survey, carried out on behalf of CouponCabin, also found that more than one-quarter of those currently married said the same.

In addition, if they had to do it all over again, 55% of divorced/separated respondents said they would definitely or probably consider a prenuptial agreement to protect their finances.
